Refund policy
Returns
Customers may return products within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The product is unused and unopened.
- The original packaging, labels, and seals are intact.
- The product is in the same condition in which it was received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened motor oils, transmission fluids, gear oils, coolants, additives, or other automotive chemicals.
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
- Special-order or custom-imported products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or use.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5 – 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
