Refund policy

Returns

Customers may return products within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and unopened.
  • The original packaging, labels, and seals are intact.
  • The product is in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened motor oils, transmission fluids, gear oils, coolants, additives, or other automotive chemicals.
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
  • Special-order or custom-imported products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or use.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5 – 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
